Kat Mueller is General Manager of Western Rivers Flyfisher Guides in Dutch John, Utah and has been flyfishing for 35 years. Her fishing adventures have taken her around the globe in search of permit, tarpon, rooster fish, bonefish, trout, and the occasional carp, but she’d trade it all for a cold, drizzly fishless day on a Pacific Northwest steelhead river.

Kat and her fishy husband spend trout season on the Green in Utah, winter in Fort Collins, and steelhead season in the Pacific Northwest. Beyond flyfishing, she has a love for photography, beer, and border collies.
